waiver I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the sponsors, coordinating groups and the individual’s associates with this event, their representatives, successors and assigns, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries & illness suffered in connection with this event. I also understand that I must stay on the designated racecourse and in the event of cancellation of the 5K & Fun Run my entry fee is non-refundable. I attest that I am physically fit to complete in the WILDCAT 5K run-walk race ,further, I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and/or any other records of this event of myself along or with others for legitimate purposes. pacing bicycles, skateboards, roller skates (or blades) are not allowed in the race.
